Our history and our results
La Tour Real Estate Agency was created in Aosta in 1986 by a group of professionals who already had several years of experience in the real estate field made working with an important joint-stock company of Piemont.
Over the years the business has seen constant expansion operating in a stable way on the local residential market and developing specific expertise on the mountain situated secondary housing field.
La tour offices are located in the Valtournenche region, in Breuil Cervinia, in Chatillon and Antey Saint André as well as in Chamonix France, whom has proceeded with its work independently from the mother company since 2001. In the name of holiday-home tourism, the Agency’s website,www.immobiliarelatour.net, was created during the second half of the 90’s. It is one of the first within the industry on a national scale and it currently enjoys about 60,000 visits per year. La Tour Real Estate Agency, through its current Legal Representative Roberto Nale, adheres since 2001 to the Italian Federation of Professional Real Estate Agents, participating to the activities concerning the update of professional practices, the training and the political union activities.
Belonging to the F.I.A.P., which is the most representative national trade union with more than 10,000 real estate offices widely distributed throughout the country, enables the agency to maintain constant professional awareness and provide advanced and high quality services.
Because of the evolution seen within the tourism market, the local and foreign demand for holiday apartments increased and the agency has been organized to provide management services for apartments rented weekly, particularly in Cervinia, with the aim of extending the service to other towns in Aosta Valley. The recent downturn on the Italian real estate market and the consequent new scenario has led “La Tour” to implement its activities, being available to its customers with a new range of services in order to deal with the problems brought by the economic crisis.
To put it shortly, “La Tour” is an organized real estate brokerage company that has been operating in Aosta Valley for over 30 years now, specialized in the “main home” urban market and in the more complex area of holiday housing, developing specific skills to offer the most suitable of services.
Our team
Entra a far parte dell’Agenzia La Tour nel 1990, dapprima con mansioni commerciali, in seguito con qualifica di Preposto e infine, dal 2001, ne diviene Legale Rappresentante. Dallo stesso anno è Associato alla F.I.A.I.P.
(Federazione Italiana Agenti Immobiliari Professionali), presso la quale svolge attività sindacali assumendo anche la carica di Presidente Regionale e contribuendo a fondare il corrispondente Collegio Regionale della Valle d’Aosta. Attestato di merito al Master di specializzazione per Agenti e Consulenti Immobiliari dell’Università di Genova a.a. 2005/2006. Premio “Maggiali” 2006 FIAIP Liguria. Membro del Comitato Consultivo Osservatorio Mercato Immobiliare presso l’Agenzia del Territorio di Aosta. Docente sulla mediazione immobiliare presso i corsi indetti dalla Regione Valle d’Aosta per il conseguimento delle abilitazioni professionali presso la CCIAA.

All’età di 20 anni entra a far parte, in qualità di dipendente, dell’Istituto Piemontese Immobiliare e, quando gli uffici aostani di quest’ultimo vengono rilevati dall’Agenzia La Tour nel 1986, prosegue la sua esperienza professionale nella nuova Agenzia della quale diviene Socia nel 2001.
